The Mormon Church teaches that the doctrine of Grace alone “originated by Satan.” This quote comes from an LDS Church manual entitled, “Book of Mormon Student Manual Religion 121 and 122,” 1989 edition, p. 36: “2 Nephi 25:23 ‘Grace’ ‘One of the most fallacious doctrines originated by Satan and propounded by man is that man is saved alone by the grace of God; that belief in Jesus Christ alone is all that is needed for salvation….” NOTE: That this quote has been removed by the Mormon Church in the recent edition posted on their website. Their page numbers don’t even match anymore. So here is the original version with this quote posted on our site at this link –  http://www.witforjesus.org/downloads/english/pdfs/mormon/ldsgospel/bm-student-manuel-p36.pdf
